The Kitchen is now closed for the season. In, 2018, the Kitchen will reopen on Friday May 18. Our summer hours are from Noon till 4pm.
Our menu is steeped in old world techniques and perspectives, yet informed by our Chefs’ fine dining backgrounds. We introduce a melting pot of ancient/modern French technique and Italian perspective on ingredient to a West Coast ethic with concerns about nutrition, product and flavour.
Lillooet rests in a rain shadow in the northern-most point of the Sonoran Desert. We are lucky to have a diverse range of passionate agrarians raising vegetables, animals, grains, legumes and honey. Products grown with attention and respect to the land, water and animals that live on it.
This beautiful product is then taken into our hands, prepared with respect and care to create cuisine that nourishes our bodies, souls and children.
