Fort Berens’ Barbecue Sauce and Marinade is made with Lillooet sun-ripened tomatoes and slivered onions, slow-roasted over fresh cut apple wood, then combined with wild sweet apricots, local Lillooet honey, and simmered in red wine. A delectably rich companion for barbecued meats, pairs well with our Meritage.
A delicious blend of rosemary, parselie, ground juniper berries, garlic, ground lemon grass, salt, pepper and sugar. Rub your favourite steak and grill it to perfection. A great pairing with our Cabernet Franc and other red wines.
