Chef Dylan was trained in the classic French kitchen and loves to show off his old-world culinary techniques. Traditional French does not mean that things do not get adventurous. Watch for unique dishes and flavours. The 5-course menu will be paired perfectly with our award winning wines. We usually dig deep into our cellar to find to jewel library wines to pair with the dinner.
The price of the the dinner including wine pairings is $99 excluding tax and gratuity.
