Canada Celebrates 150 years! Chef Dylan and his culinay team go all out to highlight the bounty of the region. The Canadian cuisine has come a long way in the last 150 years. Pairing new world ingredients with old world techniques. The 5-course menu will be paired perfectly with our award winning wines. We usually dig deep into our cellar to find to jewel library wines to pair with the dinner.
The price of the the dinner including wine pairings is $99 excluding tax and gratuity.
