Serving tapas-style dishes of Southern European origin, Chef Faizal Kassam practices regionally inspired cuisine that focuses on freshness and quality. The menu pairs traditional tastes with modern methods to deliver a menu rich in flavour and free-from pretension. The speciality crafted 3 course dinner menu is just $86 (including wine, excluding tax and gratuities) and will consist of:
