This elegant and full bodied wine has distinct blackberry and black pepper aromas, characteristic for cabernet franc grapes. It is an excellent match with grilled steak or a pork roast.

Made from premium grapes from vineyards along the Black Sage Bench, south of Oliver, this Cabernet Franc was made to reflect the local terroir and the distinct varietal characteristics. The result is a wine with a high concentration of aro-mas, yet elegant and smooth. The wine was aged in American oak barrels for 14 months.
