This elegant and full bodied wine has distinct blackberry and black pepper aromas, characteristic for cabernet franc grapes. It is an excellent match with grilled steak or a pork roast.

Made from premium grapes from a vineyard on the South side of Oliver, this Cabernet Franc was made to reflect the local terroir and the distinct varietal characteristics. The result is a wine with a high concentration of aromas, yet elegant and smooth. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
