Made primarily with grapes from our estate vineyard in Lillooet, our Cabernet Franc is a full-bodied wine with rich, intense fruit flavours. The beautiful, deep red colour with concentrated flavours of cherries, raspberries and black currants makes this wine a perfect match with a rich tomato pasta dish. It is ready to drink now or it will age beautifully for many years.

Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
This wine has rich notes of cherries and blackberries. It has a fresh earthy scent, like a forest floor after a rainfall. It is a full-bodied wine rich with concentrated flavours of black and red berries with a smooth finish.
Awards
Silver at the San Francisco International Wine Competition
Winemaker Notes
There is exceptional depth in this wine made with grapes grown in Lillooet and the Okanagan. At press, wines were separated into individual barrels which gave us a wide variety of blending fractions and small lots from which to choose to make our flagship wine. The 2015 vintage gave us low yield with exceptional concentration. It was aged in both French and American oak for 10 months and bottle aged for another 12 months before release.
Food Pairing Notes
Pair with a rich tomato bolognese pasta, grilled sausages or stuffed roasted peppers.
