Tasting Notes
This wine has flavours of bing cherries, raspberries, cocoa and vanilla with hints of sagebrush and roasted red pepper. Easy drinking, yet has the depth to impress your friends over for dinner.
Winemaker Notes
The Cabernet Sauvignon fraction of this blend was fermented at 27⁰C over five days. Aged in tank on oak alternatives. The Pinot Noir fraction was fermented at 19⁰C over 7 days & aged in barrel for 12 months.

Pulled pork, BBQ ribs, grilled chicken, burger & fries, roast beef sandwhich.
