Chef Dylan and his culinay team go all out to highlight the bounty of the region. Not just highlighting the harvest of our local farmers, but going out in the wild to forage the many edibles plants, herbs and ingredients. The 5-course menu will be paired perfectly with our award winning wines. We usually dig deep into our cellar to find to jewel library wines to pair with the dinner.
The price of the the dinner including wine pairings is $99 excluding tax and gratuity.
