Our 2016 Riesling will delight all of your senses starting with fresh tropical fruit notes. Savour the rich feel of this wine in your mouth as your taste buds take delight in the zesty tropical and citrus notes. This food-friendly Riesling is fresh and clean with a zippy finish.

Predominantly Lillooet grapes were blended with a small portion of Vernon and Similkameen grapes for our 2016 Riesling. The grapes were whole cluster pressed and fermented using a variety of different yeasts to diversify the aromatic complexity. Fermentation was halted to retain a small amount of residual sugar to balance taste.

This is an age-worthy wine. You can enjoy it now or it can be cellared for up to six years.
