Tasting Notes
Our 2014 Estate Pinot Gris shows the maturity of our Lillooet vineyard. Aromas of ripe pear, mandarin orange peel, and flint introduce a medium bodied wine that delivers tropical fruits and a lingering finish. Best enjoyed with tangy grilled seafoods.

Winemaker Notes
We harvested about 17 tons of Pinot Gris on Sept 27th & 28th 2014. The 2014 growing season, similar to the 2012 and 2013, had an early start with a long, hot and dry summer creating ideal growing conditions. After harvest, we soaked the juice on its skins for two days to extract beautiful flavours and aromas. The wine was fermented at 13c in in stainless steel tanks, preserved the fresh fruity character of the grapes.
Food Pairing Notes
Our Pinot Gris pairs well with sautéed or grilled shrimp, grilled summer vegetables, shrimp and avocado sushi, grilled chicken with Herbs de Provence off the BBQ, or a goat cheese brie.
