Made with predominantly Lillooet grapes, this Pinot Gris reminds us of summer with notes of ripe stone fruits including peaches and pears. It is a soft, fruit-forward, easy-drinking wine with nice acidity and a warm, lingering finish.

Pinot Gris grapes from Lillooet (81%) and the Similkameen (19%) were co-fermented to create this wine. A portion of the grapes were whole cluster pressed while the bunches were crushed and destemmed in the second portion. Montrachet yeast brings intense aromatics and fruit-forwardness to this wine. A small fraction was fermented in new American oak barrels to add a carmelized sugar bouquet.

This wine is ready to drink now and can be enjoyed over the next two to three years.
