Aromas of pineapple, lemon grass and blossoms dominate its aromatic profile. Hints of honey lend it a clean, fresh portrait. Its floralness is most evident on the palate. This Chardonnay is full bodied with a medium long finish.
Made from Chardonnay sourced from the Similkameen. It was barrel fermented and barrel aged for 10 months. No new oak was used in the making of this wine.

This wine is drink ready but should peak by mid 2017. Cellar up to 2018.
