Crafted from the finest grapes in Lillooet and the Okanagan, this Meritage Reserve is a blend of 57% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Franc, and 17% Cabernet Sauvignon. A portion of the Cabernet Franc grapes were made passimento style to increase intensity. The wine was barrel-aged for 14-months. Left unfined and unfiltered, decant the wine prior to serving. This elegant wine will improve with cellaring and peak in 2022-2025. This perfect fall and winter wine pairs beautifully with beef tenderloin, roast beef, tomahawk steaks, or a cheese platter.
