Made from grapes primarily from our estate vineyard in Lillooet, this Pinot Noir is aged in French oak barrels. This elegant wine has notes of cherries and berries with a hint of pepper. It is complex with a lingering finish, and pairs perfectly with grilled salmon or game birds.
Inspired by the classic Passe-Tout-Grains from Burgundy, PTG is a blend of 69% Pinot Noir, 24% Gamay and a splash of Merlot. Pale ruby, this wine features enticing aromas of cherry, cranberry and pomegranate. Serve slightly chilled with mushrooms, smoked sausages or spareribs.
On the nose, this food-friendly wine has aromas of bacon, roasted red peppers, black tea, and a pleasant hint of mint. The fine tannin structure in this wine offers a beautiful mouthfeel with intense flavours of black currants and blackberries, with spicy black tea notes.
Expressive and classic, our Meritage is a blend of 65% Merlot, 24% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 11% Cabernet Franc. Savoury aromas of black fruits leads to balanced and fresh flavours of blackberry, cherry, and warm earthiness. This wine pairs well with barbecued beef.
The Red Gold is a wine crafted from the best grapes from vineyards in Lillooet, the Similkameen and the Okanagan. This beautifully complex, full-bodied wine is a blend of 38% Cabernet Franc, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon and 24% Merlot. The Cabernet Franc is made in a passimento style, where we dry the grapes to increase their intensity. It was aged in our finest oak barrels for 12 months and bottle-aged an additional 12 months prior to release.
