Aromas of pineapple, lemon grass and blossoms dominate its aromatic profile. Hints of honey lend it a clean, fresh portrait. Its floralness is most evident on the palate. This Chardonnay is full bodied with a medium long finish.
Winemaker Notes
Made from Chardonnay sourced from the Similkameen. It was barrel fermented and barrel aged for 10 months in mostly neutral oak barrels.
