100% Gruner Veltliner
A 1 acre single variety block within Red Rock vineyards is used for this wine. Very large berries and big bunches. Reductively made with dry ice at the crush and the press. 9 hours skin contact was given before
a light pressing. Cold settle for 24 hours before racking and inoculation. Cold ferment with aromatic yeast strain and aged for 5 months on the lees.
