Winemaker Notes
This wine is a blend of Pinot Gris and Riesling with a small fraction of Grüner Veltliner. The press fractions of the 3 components were fermented and aged separately on the lees for 4 months before blending. This process created a bright and crisp white blend with tropical fruit aromas, and a rich and creamy finish on the palate. It is made to be enjoyed in its youth.
