Winemaker Notes
This Riesling is made with 61% estate grown grapes and 39% from Lady Hawk Vineyard in the Similkameen. The grapes were hand harvested, whole cluster pressed, and settled at ambient cellar temperature. It was fermented at a cool temperature resulting in rich, concentrated aromas and a fresh and zippy mouthfeel.
