Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
A slightly off-dry Riesling with lively aromas of apple, lychee, and honey with flavours of zesty lime, grapefruit, and caramelized apples. It is perfectly balanced and would pair well with nearly anything delicious, especially spicy Thai and Mexican dishes.

Winemaker Notes
Two thirds of the Riesling grapes came from our Dry Creek Vineyard in Lillooet. The remainder came from The Rise Vineyard in Vernon. The two vineyards were harvested by hand on Oct 17, 2018 and the grapes were pressed together the following day. The grapes were whole cluster pressed and settled at ambient cellar temperature. The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a cool temperature resulting in fresh and lively aromas and a clean and zippy mouthfeel.
