Winemaker Notes
This red blend includes a number of varietals, each adding different components to the wine. Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc provide structure and complexity, while the Merlot and Pinot Noir bring dark fruit notes. It was barrel-aged for 9 months to allow micro-oxygenation to soften and integrate the tannins.
