Lime green to pale yellow/green in colour. On the nose it shows tropical fruit aromas with hints of lychee, Muscat, green apple and floral rose petal. A rich and full palate with great balance of acidity and sugar. Off dry in style maintain freshness. A lively wine.

Winemaker Notes
Reductively made with dry ice at the crusher and the press. The grapes were given 12 hours skin contact after crushing where they were then lightly pressed to collect the free run juice. 24 hours of cold settling before racking off the clean juice. Cold fermentation with aromatic thiol rich yeast. Fermentation was stopped by cooling the tank at the optimal sugar level after daily tasting. 5 months lees contact before bentonite was added.
Food Pairing Notes
This lively and refreshing Riesling features tropical fruit, like lychee, floral notes and green apples. It is expressive and beautifully balanced. This slightly off-dry wine can be paired with a wide range of food, including spicy Asian and Mexican dishes.
