Tasting Notes
An aromatic Riesling showing a combination of stone fruits such as apricots and peaches, with a touch of elderflower. A rich and creamy texture that has a juicy finish with a great balance between sweetness and acidity. This off-dry Riesling will develop beautifully with some bottle maturation.

Winemaker Notes
Grapes from select rows in our Dry Creek Vineyard block with lower yields were used in this Reserve Riesling. The grapes were picked later in the season with concentrated Muscat-like flavour in the berries. Whole cluster pressing followed by natural fermentation adds to the mouthfeel of the wine. A portion of the wine was stainless steel fermented for added freshness to this premium Riesling.
