Tasting Notes
Beautiful bright and clear salmon pink hue. On the nose it shows fresh strawberries, cotton candy and raspberries. A refreshing and crisp wine with a creamy textured on aftertaste.

Winemaker Notes
Portions of the grapes were left in contact with the skins for 12 hours, while other portions were pressed earlier until the deisired colour was acheived. Cold fermentation allowed to ferment dry. A great style of summer refreshing Rose.

This 100% estate grown Rosé has enticing notes of fresh strawberries and raspberries. It's made from predominantly Pinot Noir with a small quantity of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. This refreshing wine is an ideal choice to savour this summer.
