Fort Berens Rosé is fresh and lively, and it paired beautifully with my Basil Ricotta Gnocchi. The richness and acidity of the Pesto Rosé sauce complemented the acidity and floral notes of the Rosé, as well as the earthy undertones of the fresh basil.
