Made with a blend of Lillooet and Similkameen grapes, this Pinot Gris smells of summer with aromas of gooseberries, kiwi and Ambrosia apples. It is a full, well-rounded wine that packs a tropical fruit punch.
Fruit from two elite growing regions, Lillooet and the Similkameen, was co-fermeneted to create our 2015 Pinot Gris. A small portion of this Pinot Gris was fermented in neutral oak barrels and subjected to a partial malolactic fermentation. The larger portion was fermented in stainless steel tanks with aroma accentuating yeast strains.
Food Pairing Notes
This Pinot Gris is very food friendly and pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, BBQ pork with Herbes de Provence, roasted vegetables and french fries.
This wine is ready to drink now and can be enjoyed over the next two to three years.
