Aromas of Raspberries and Cinnamon sticks. An underlying fragrance of sweet molasses and bouquet of damp forest mulch. On the palate: Unobtrusive at first but then fresh red fruit fills the mouth and its presence persist. Refreshing and clean.

The 2014 Vintage gave us Pinot fruit that was ripe in phenolics and generous in yield. It is composed of five different clones of Pinot Noir, each contributing its own distinctive characteristic onto this final amalgamation. Aged in French oak barrels for nine & a half months, racked three times to clarify. Unfiltered to retain its delicate aromas.
Food Pairing Notes
Pair with cheese/meat platters, Tuna steak and BBQ chicken.
