Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: You can cancel your membership at any time. Please phone 250-256-7788 ext 202 or email us at email@example.com. You can also put your membership on hold and skip a shipment. When you are ready to resume your membership, you will again start to receive your Discovery Club benefits.
Q: Can I change my wine club order?
A: Yes, you can customize your wine club order any way you want to. We’ll send an email letting you know which wines are included in each wine club offering. You can adjust your order as you like.
Q: What is the price of a wine club shipment?
A: The prices vary for each shipment. We’ll send an email letting you know what wines are included in each order, and what the price is for each wine club shipment.
Q: Can I add other wines to my order?
A: Yes, with each wine club offering, you will be able to add to your order, double-up your order, add on extra packs, or add on any of your favourite wines.
Q: How can I change my credit card number?
A: You can phone us at 250-256-7788 ext 202 and we will update it for you. Or you can create a username and password and sign into your account to update your information yourself.
Q: Can I put my account on hold instead of cancelling?
A: Yes, you can put your account on hold at any time. Please phone 250-256-7788 ext 202 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When you are ready to resume your membership, you will again start to receive your Discovery Club benefits.
Q: Can I switch from one club type to another?
A: Yes, you can switch from one club to another throughout the year. Please let us know at least 30 days prior to the next shipment to ensure that you will be in the desired club.
Q: Can I skip a wine club shipment?
A: Yes, if something comes up, just let us know and you can skip a wine club shipment. You can receive it at a later date, as long as the wines are still available.
Q: Can I get my wine shipments another way other than via Canada Post?
A: In select cities, we will bring your wine to a central location on a specific date and time. You will be able to pick up your Discovery club order at these drive-thru locations. We plan our drive-thru events around the Discovery Club shipments. This information will be communicated via email and you can choose if you would like to collect your wine at a drive-thru location or have the wine shipped to you via Canada Post.
Q: Are the drive-thru events for members only?
A: We plan our drive-thru events around the Discovery Club shipments. Non-members are always welcome to place an order for us to bring to these drive-thru events as well.
