This Traditional Method Blanc de Blanc Brut was made with 100% estate grown Chardonnay grapes from Lillooet. It was aged on its lees for 20 months after secondary fermentation in bottle. This dry, crisp, and elegant sparkling wine, with notes of citrus blossoms and brioche, makes any day a special day.

Dive into summer with our Vineyard Cider, a delightful combination of Gala, Pink Lady, and Granny Smith apples, fermented with Champagne yeast. Blended with Riesling and a splash of fruit-forward Merlot, this lively cider bursts with flavours of crisp apples, zesty grapefruit, and juicy peaches. Fresh and vibrant, this dry cider has a medium-bodied finish. It's perfect for sipping on the patio or while soaking up the sun by the water.

Fresh and expressive, this Riesling features enticing notes of tropical fruit and orange blossoms, with a hint of grapefruit. This beautifully balanced and aromatic wine is slightly off-dry with a delicate hint of sweetness, making it a perfect pairing with sushi and spicy dishes.

Crafted with hand-picked grapes exclusively from a select block in our Red Rock Vineyard. After 100% natural, cold fermentation in neutral French oak barrels, it aged on the lees for 4 months to create an expressive and aromatic wine with a creamy mouthfeel.

Handcrafted with grapes exclusively from select blocks in both of our estate vineyards. 40% was fermented cold in mostly neutral barrels with natural yeast, and the balance in stainless steel. An elegant Dry Riesling with beautiful aromatics and a rich mouthfeel.

Handcrafted with 100% estate grown grapes that were picked late in the season. The wine was naturally fermented and aged in French oak barrels to produce a drier-style fresh, aromatic Riesling with a velvety palate.

White Gold is handcrafted from the finest estate grown Chardonnay grapes from our mature Dry Creek Vineyard. This Reserve Chardonnay was naturally cold fermented and aged in new and seasoned French oak barrels for 9 months to create a luxurious mouthfeel.

This Small Lot Merlot is made with grapes from both our estate vineyards. The grapes from the Dry Creek Vineyard, planted more than a decade ago, provide structure and mouthfeel. The grapes from our younger Red Rock Vineyard offer lovely aromatics and fruit-forward notes.
            

This elegant, fruit-forward Pinot Noir features notes of bright red fruit including raspberries and strawberries. The soft tannin structure of this medium-bodied wine makes it a perfect match with sautéed mushroom gnocchi or grilled salmon.

This elegant wine is handcrafted from 2 different clones of Pinot Noir grapes from our estate Dry Creek Vineyard. The clones were kept separate during their fermentation in small vessels, then aged in select French oak barrels for 9 months.

This elegant wine was handcrafted from different clones of Pinot Noir grapes from our estate Dry Creek Vineyard that were cropped low to grow concentrated fruit. It was aged in 17% new French oak barrels from select family-owned coopers for 9 months. 

This wine was handcrafted from our finest 100% estate grown grapes from our Dry Creek and Red Rock Vineyards. Harvesting and sorting by hand allowed our team to select the highest quality grapes for this Merlot Reserve. This elegant, medium-full bodied wine matured for 15 months in French oak barrels. Enjoy this silky smooth Merlot Reserve now, or it can be cellared through 2028.

This medium-full bodied Meritage is a blend of 64% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 17% Cabernet Franc. Fruit-forward with an abundance of dark fruit on the nose, this elegant wine has soft tannins and a lengthy finish. Pair with grilled meats and roasted vegetables.

Luscious and elegant, this Cabernet Franc features dark fruit notes of blueberries, blackberries, and cassis. Smooth tannins and the velvety soft finish of this cellar-worthy wine make it a perfect pairing with a roasted leg of lamb for a dinner party.

Handcrafted from 100% estate grown grapes from both our Dry Creek and Red Rock Vineyards, this cellar-worthy Meritage Reserve features a blend of 42% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 25% Cabernet Franc. Frequent pumpovers and punchdowns during fermentation enhanced flavour, colour, and tannin extraction. The components were aged separately for 15 months in 100% French oak barrels, including 50% new barrels.

This wine was handcrafted with 100% estate grown grapes from select rows in our Dry Creek Vineyard. After a long ripening period, the grapes were hand harvested and hand sorted to select the highest quality grapes. The wine was aged for 15 months in carefully selected French oak barrels. 55% of the wine was aged in new barrels and 45% in second fill barrels.

A true expression of Lillooet terroir, this full-bodied wine was handcrafted exclusively from 100% estate grown grapes. This cellar-worthy blend is comprised of  51% Cabernet Franc, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 16% Merlot. For optimal colour and flavour extraction, cold soaking pre-fermentation was completed in addition to extended skin maceration after fermentation was completed. Additional extraction techniques were used during the peak fermentation process, including punchdowns and pumpovers of the skin cap. The components were vinified and then aged separately for 15 months in 100% new French oak barrels from hand-selected family coopers. The final selection of 6 barrels was made after several tastings and trials, to create this premium red blend in limited quantity.
