Made with 77% grapes from our estate Dry Creek Vineyard and Winch Spur vineyard in Lytton, the remainder from Osoyoos. The grapes were hand picked, destemmed, and crushed, and left on the skins for 4 hours. Dry ice was used during winemaking to reduce the contact with oxygen and the juice was cold settled for 24 hours before racking, leading to structure and more aromatics. The wine was fermented cold at 11 degrees to enhance the aromatic profile and aged for 4 months on the lees to give a full creamy texture.

A vibrant and aromatic Pinot Gris featuring notes of white pear, quince, melon, and hints of passion fruit. This medium-bodied wine has a bright, lively palate with a lingering finish. This fruit-forward wine is well balanced and perfect for any occasion. Delicious to drink with a good book on the patio, or pair it with sauteed shrimp, or fresh summer greens with chicken or roasted nuts.

Made from 100% Lillooet estate fruit, this wine is composed of 70% Pinot Noir grapes, 16% Merlot and 14% Cabernets. The grapes were destemmed and crushed to allow for skin contact time of up to 12 hours. After the perfect colour was achieved, the grapes were lightly pressed, settled and the clean juice racked from the solids. The fermentation was long and cold, to produce an aromatic aroma with a fruit forward palate.

This 100% estate grown Rosé is lucious and juicy. Savour enticing notes of raspberry, and pomegranate in this delicious wine. A great summer refresher to enjoy on its own or paired with a variety of foods, from a fresh salad to seafood or BBQ chicken skewers.

The grapes were hand-picked and were given 4 hours of skin contact before a light pressing, after which 30% was fermented with natural yeasts in neutral French oak barrels, and 70% was fermented in stainless steel. Then aged for 5 months on the lees to produce a complex, aromatic wine with great mouthfeel and complexity.

A refreshing Grüner Veltliner that shows a combination of tangerine, kiwi fruit, lime, and white asparagus on the nose with hints of freshly cut grass. On the palate, find a creamy texture with a long and fresh finish.

The wine will pair beautifully with oysters, fish-and-chips, a spicy chicken salad and even freshly baked bannock.

89 POINTS - Daenna Van Mulligen - winescores.ca

The grapes for this Riesling were mainly grown in our Lillooet estate vineyards (73%) with the remainder coming from Naramata. The grapes were given 12 hours skin contact after crushing and were then lightly pressed to collect the free run juice, followed by a long and cold fermentation. After daily tasting, the ferment in stainless steel was stopped naturally by dramatically lowering the core temperature of the wine until it was no longer active. This left just enough residual sugar to balance the higher acid levels traditional in this noble grape variety. 4 Months lees contact before fining and filtering, gave this terroir driven Riesling an elegant and aromatic palate.

An aromatic and fresh Riesling showcasing a combination of green apple, grapefruit, and elderflowers. This off-dry style Riesling shows balance between sweet and tart with a refreshing crisp finish on the palate. Pairs with almost anything, but especially sushi, beef tacos, and Indian or Thai curries. This is also a great patio sipper.

Vineyard: Red Rock and Dry Creek Vineyards, Lillooet BC

The 2022 Fort Berens Dry Riesling fruit was 100% sourced from select rows in our Dry Creek and Red Rock estate vineyards. After hand harvesting the grapes in October, a small portion was pressed and naturally fermented in neutral oak barrels. The rest of the grapes were destemmed and left on the skins for 12 hours before pressing to extract the best flavours, then fermented in stainless steel. After a long and cold fermentation, the wine had 4 months lees contact to enhance the aromatics and mouthfeel. The wine was fermented to dry, producing a fresh and lively Riesling.

Fresh and mouth-watering, this Dry Riesling has aromas of tropical fruit, orange blossom, lemon zest, and pear. On the palate find distinct minerality with a rich and rounded mouthfeel.

Pair this food-friendly wine with chicken dishes, sashimi, or grilled peppers.

This age-worthy wine can be enjoyed now or cellared until 2026.
