Discovery Club Event
Experience hands-on farming in one of British Columbia’s most esteemed agricultural regions. Fort Berens Estate Winery invites our valued Discovery Club members to experience a day in the life of a farmer. We will be visiting 3-5 local farms to experience and appreciate how they grow our foods. From training hops to growing vegetables in hydroponics to managing wine grape canopies, our 2017 Lillooet Food-basket boot camp will have you physically working the land while our local farmers teach us about how food is grown.
Availability: 30-40 people
Meals: Lunch is included
Cost: $49
What to bring along: Working boots, gardening gloves (the stretchy ones), lots of water, snacks, a hat, and sunscreen.
