A blend of Riesling and Pinot Gris
Winemaker Notes
Much like the blend of silt, sand, and gravel in our soil, Alluvium White is a composition of our white varietals. This fruit-forward blend features predominantly Riesling and Pinot Gris. The wines were blended soon after the juice was settled and cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was further aged on the lees for 5 months for added mouthfeel. Pinot Gris adds body and tropical fruit notes to the blend, whereas the Riesling brings aromatics and freshness to the wine. This is a wine meant to be enjoyed young.
