Tasting notes at the time of release:
One of our most versatile wines is the 2013 Chardonnay. Aromas of citrus, passion fruit, and guava are shadowed by stony flint – a sign that our vines are reaching deep into the mineral-rich Lillooet earth. Fresh and bright, with a long creamy finish. Ideal with pan seared scallops, grilled chicken kale salad, or sunset.

Our 2015 Chardonnay subtly entices you with aromas of lemon grass and peaches blended with a bouquet of buttered toast. Discover the layers of flavours with vanilla bean and buttery notes combined with fresh fruit sensations.

Our 2017 Chardonnay has expressive aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and lime. The light touch of oak gives this fresh wine beautiful complexity and a mouth-watering finish that is ideally paired with grilled salmon topped with garlic butter.

Made primarily from estate grown Chardonnay grapes, this lightly oaked wine has aromas of ripe yellow apples, pineapple and lemon curd. Medium bodied with flavours of fresh peaches, apricot and granny smith apples leads to a light toasty finish. Pair with roasted chicken or pasta alfredo.

Fruit forward and well balanced, this Chardonnay is made primarily with estate grown grapes. It is lightly oaked and has expressive notes of peaches, nectarines, and pineapple.

* Due to very small harvest, we have a limited quantity of Chardonnay 2019 bottles available. As a result, we have released this vintage exclusively to our Discovery Club members.

Our estate grown 2013 Riesling is slightly off-dry. Aromas of fresh tree fruits shine against a mineral background of wet slate. Crisp tart apple and a zesty acidity are balanced by sweet peach and honey crisp apple. 

A study in Lillooet’s terroir, our 2014 Estate Riesling is coming into its own. Aromas of spring blossom, orange peel, and granny smith apple lead the way for a fruit bonanza. Tastes of sweet stone fruits, ambrosia apples, peaches, and pears linger long after your glass is empty. Pair with spicy dishes.

Our 2015 Riesling is a pleasure for your senses. Aromas of passion fruit, Jasmine blossoms, lime zest and honeycomb will get your mouth watering before you even take a sip. Once you do, you'll find a delightful blend of tropical and zesty fruits with a refreshingly long finish.

This Riesling features a beautifully balanced blend of tropical and citrus notes including pear, pineapple, lychee, zesty green apple and lime. Slightly off-dry and rich with a lingering finish of sweet citrus fruit, it is the perfect match with spicy dishes and sushi.

A slightly off-dry Riesling with lively aromas of apple, lychee, and honey with flavours of zesty lime, grapefruit, and caramelized apples. It is perfectly balanced and would pair well with nearly anything delicious, especially spicy Thai and Mexican dishes. 

Bright and lively with tropical aromas of pineapple and lychee, this Riesling is beautifully balanced with flavours of Honeycrisp apple, pear, and lemon zest. This versatile wine pairs with almost anything, but especially sushi, tapas, and spicy curry dishes.

On the nose, this lively and fresh Riesling has delicate notes of lychee, rose petal, lemon grass, and dried apricot. It is nicely balanced, slightly off-dry with a rich, creamy texture, and lingering acidity.

Bright and lively with notes of tropical fruit, and hints of lychee, muscat, and rose petals, this Riesling is beautifully balanced and features flavours of green apples, pears, and lemon zest. The versatile and slightly off-dry wine is great to enjoy on its own, and it pairs with almost any dish.

Savour the aromatic notes of apple, lemon, lime, and pear in this beautifully integrated wine. This Riesling lovers Riesling features bright citrus flavours with a medium body and a racy finish. Cellar this wine, and then share it with wine loving friends over dinner and a special occasion. 

Crafted with 100% estate grown grapes from a select block in our Dry Creek Vineyard. Farmed sustainably, cropped low, and picked a little riper, the grapes were naturally fermented to make a rich, slightly off-dry Riesling.

On the nose, pineapple, peaches, tropical fruits, warm toffee and oak dominate the aromatic profile of our elegant White Gold. Hints of caramel and hazelnut vanilla balance the juicy tropical flavours with very subtle oak notes. This luscious wine has a beautiful, long finish.

The luxurious White Gold is crafted from the best Chardonnay grapes from vineyards in Lillooet and the Similkameen. This elegant Chardonnay was barrel-fermented with mainly native yeasts, then aged for nine months in mostly new French oak barrels. 

On the nose, sweet blossoms, pineapple, stone fruits and oak spice dominate the aromatic profile of our elegant White Gold. On the palate, it features a smooth, creamy texture combined with a crisp acidity. Coconut, sweet caramelized apple and pear flavours balance with very subtle oak notes. This luscious wine has a beautiful, long finish..

White Gold is crafted exclusively from our finest estate grown Chardonnay grapes. Our French oak barrel aged Chardonnay Reserve has a luxurious mouthfeel with warm and inviting notes of candied apricot, freshly homemade canned peaches, and orange blossoms. Full bodied, it is rich and voluptuous with soft oak notes.
