A fruit forward blend expressing lots of dark fruit aromas of plum and mulberry with hints of dark chocolate and mocha coming through . A medium bodied red wine with juicy tannins to be enjoyed now or cellar for another 2 to 3 years.
37% Cabernet Franc
11% Cabernet Sauvignon
17% Pinot Noir
A red blend that had malolactic fermentation take place in tank with oak block alternatives. This leads to notes of chocolate & mocha aromas to develop on the nose. A further maturation of the blend took place in neutral French oak barrels for an additional four months to allow the blend to integrate before preparation for bottling commences.
